Delivery
We use Calibre Auto Logistics for all UK and European deliveries; Calibre is one of the largest UK transport companies who offer an unrivalled service and price:
- Delivery by transporter directly to your door either in the UK or overseas
- Usually next-day pick up and same week delivery
- All vehicles are fully insured whilst in transit
If you so wish, we can arrange for temporary transit plates for 300 Euros for mainland Europe-sourced vehicles or free for UK-sourced vehicles. For European transit plates, this includes 4-6 week’s insurance to enable you to drive the car upon delivery whilst you are waiting for registration to be completed.
We can arrange for the car to be UK-registered, with the UK plates and tax disc fitted to the car prior to delivery, ready for you to drive away. We also have a full Spanish registration service and can recommend a solicitor in Portugal who can register a car for you. Currently for France we can offer guidance for the registration process, but all new cars must be registered in the specific region of France where you live.
Collection
If you wish to collect the car yourself (from either the UK or Northern Europe, usually Belgium, sometimes Germany, Holland or Denmark), we can arrange for the car to be fitted with either temporary transit plates or UK export plates, ready for you to collect and drive straight away.
