Terms and conditions

  1. All vehicle prices displayed on our website are subject to fluctuations in manufacturers list price and in exchange rate and are therefore used for demonstrative purposes only. However, any specific quote we provide to you will be correct at that time i.e. will be calculated using that day's exchange rate and manufacturer's list price.
  2. When buying a car available from stock, the full invoice price will be payable to the European dealer. At this time you will also be required to pay the broker and transport fees to 1st Car Imports.
  3. When buying a car that has been specifically ordered, a deposit (between 10-15%) may have to be paid to the European dealer. If a deposit is not required, we will inform you of this before you order. Full payment of our broker fee is required at this time. When the car has arrived at the European dealer you will be required to pay the balance of the invoice price. At this time you will also be required to pay transport fees to 1st Car Imports.
  4. You will assume ownership of the car when the full invoice price has been paid to the European dealer and all administration and transport fees have been paid to 1st Car Imports.
  5. When ordering a specific car, you will be notified of its arrival date at least 7 days in advance. If the balance on the invoice price has not been paid within 28 days after the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
